Build on your land.
If you own the lot and you have cash or an approved construction loan, we will build on it. Any plan you want, priced by square foot and quality grade. The same six phases and the same inspection rule we use on our own houses, run on our own system, so you can see the schedule and the budget instead of calling to ask about them.
Where we work.
Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties. For larger contracts we work in Lincoln County as well.
What you need.
- Land you own, or under contract to buy
- Cash, or a construction loan already approved
- A plan, or a rough idea of size and quality — we will price it either way
- Sewer, or soil that will pass a perc test
- Power at or near the road, and legal access already in place
How pricing works.
We price by heated square foot at the quality grade you choose, so you can see what a change costs before you decide on it, not after. The budget and the schedule are set before the footings are poured, and every change during construction is logged in writing, costed and scheduled before it is agreed.
All construction is performed under an active North Carolina general contractor licence.
