This policy explains what P&PM Solutions LLC does with information you give us through this website. It is deliberately short: we collect very little, we use it only to answer you, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Only what you type into our forms: your name, contact details, and the information you choose to give us about your land, your lot, your enquiry or your interest in P&PM Axis. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, social security numbers or bank information through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs — pages requested, time, and general browser type — to keep the site working and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

To reply to you, and to have the context of your enquiry in front of us when you call or email next. If you asked us to look at a lot, we use what you told us to decide whether it is a fit. If you asked to be notified when P&PM Axis opens, we use your contact details for exactly that — one email when there is something to say.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where the law requires it, or with a professional helping us serve you (for example a title attorney working on your closing) and only to the extent needed.

Enquiry details are kept while we work with you, and for a reasonable period after, so the history of the project is on file. If you ask us to delete what you sent us and we have no legal or project reason to keep it, we will.
