We build steadily and we pay on inspected work. Trades and suppliers who work with us run their scopes through Axis, where the work, the dates, the invoices and the payments all live in one place.
How we work with trades.
Scope in writing.
Every scope is assigned task by task with dates before the work starts. Nobody arrives to find out what they are doing that day.
Inspected, then paid.
Every task is inspected in-house before the next trade starts. Work that passes is work we pay for.
Invoices you can follow.
Submit the invoice in Axis and watch it move to paid. You are not calling the office to ask where it is.
Your work only.
You see your scopes, your invoices and your figures. Never another trade's, and never the company's.
What we need from you.
- A current certificate of insurance
- A current W-9
- The crew capacity to hold a date
