Track record
The method on this site is not theory. It is what I have been doing for fifteen years, first scheduling industrial projects, then building operating systems inside construction companies, and now building houses on the system I wrote.
Delivered under my management across three North Carolina counties, on a standardized eight-week construction schedule, with no construction debt. Deliveries grew from one a quarter to eight a quarter.

Brazil · Nine years
Scheduling for large companies on projects from $220 million to R$1 billion, most of it in oil and gas. One year implementing Primavera P6 inside Petrobras, Brazil's national oil company. This is where the critical-path methodology in Axis comes from, and it is a harder school than residential construction.
Residential exteriors · Two years
Ran a residential exteriors subcontractor from estimating through hand-off, and built the operational system it was missing between the office and the field: project governance, budgeting, estimating, and the reporting a subcontractor needs before anyone will trust it with more work. Revenue grew 2.5 times over two years. The company went from one multifamily client to four, signing three new contracts.
Homebuilding · Two years
Partner in a residential homebuilder, running every project from feasibility to close-out and consulting on finances for growth. Revenue went from $2.2 million in 2024 to $9 million in 2026. The 25 homes above were delivered in that period.
Twice I built the operating system on paper and process, inside someone else's company, and watched it work. The third time I built it in software, inside my own. That is what Axis is.
